Summer is in full swing here in Crested Butte and it doesn’t get much better than this.  We are all reminded quickly why we live here and deal with the 8 months of winter.  The weather is indescribably perfect – 70′s during the day, cools with afternoon thunderstorms and the cool breezes at night help get a perfect night of sleep.  This brings lots of people here to visit, which entices our community to host many amazing events.  Check below on what is going on this summer here in Crested Butte – and come visit, you won’t be disappointed!

Alpenglow Every Monday Evening June 28 – Aug 16 at 5:30

Summer is really here when the Center for the Arts presents Alpenglow, a free outdoor concert series that takes place on their outdoor stage, rain or shine, beneath the majesty of Crested Butte Mountain.  Bring your cooler (but no alcohol this year – it will be for sale at booths), chair, blanket, & what have you to make your summer evening a great start to your work week, or vacation.

Striving to create a wine and culinary festival that complements the array of amazing offerings in the Town of Crested Butte and the Town of Mt. Proceeds from the Grand Tasting benefit the Crested Butte Land Trust, an organization whose mission is to protect unrivaled views, provide trails, and preserve wildlife habitat.
